Refund policy

While we hope that you are thrilled with your purchase, if you'd like to return part or all of your purchase, let us know so that we can help. Please do not return an order without chatting with us first via the Get In Touch link.

We offer free returns for US, military, and diplomatic addresses. Please let us know that you would like to make a return and we'll email a return shipping label to you.

Buyers outside the continental US are responsible for the return shipping cost and must provide tracking information for the return.

The buyer must initiate a return within 14 days of receiving the order. Items must be returned in unused, undamaged condition and in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the return, usually about 3-8 days after the return is shipped. Please get in touch if you need any assistance in packaging or shipping your return.

If your item was damaged in shipping: Please contact us. Do not send the damaged item back to us. We insure all packages with the carrier and will gladly help you file an insurance claim.
